
STEP 3: RECURRING, JOURNEY COACHING SESSIONS
Following the Strategy Session, Coach Connie and the Client will review, discuss, refine (if needed) the coaching plan's purpose and/or scope of work. Coach Connie will present the Client with the Vision and Purpose Plan.

The recurring, Journey Coaching Sessions will be tailored, specifically, to the "success-indicators" identified by the Client during the Discovery Session and refined by Coach Connie and the Client in the first Journey Coaching Session. The recurring Journey Coaching Sessions include:​

The Vision and Purpose Plan (VPP) will be the blueprint (a fluid, working document) that will guide the coaching plan. The VPP is the by-product of all of the information that has been disclosed and discussed during the Discovery and Strategy Sessions, and any information gleaned from assessments, interactive tools, Client's homework assignments, etc. The entire VPP will be provided to the Client at the conclusion of the Coaching Plan.

Each recurring weekly or bi-weekly Coaching Session will build upon the previous session(s). Each Coaching Session provides an opportunity to level-set the vision and the goals of the Journey.

Coach Connie will proactively provide feedback, recommendations, tools, and resources to help propel the Client onward and upward; overcoming all obstacles, roadblocks, and challenges.

Coach Connie and the Client will end each session with a resolute understanding and agreement regarding next steps, and a measurable action plan for the upcoming recurring Coaching Session.​​
Between the weekly or bi-weekly Coaching Sessions, Coach Connie will send accountability communiques to consistently and persistently send real-time and real-life affirming messages to help the Client stay focused and accountable to the Vision, Purpose, and Goal(s).
