Corporate/Business Experience: Coach Connie has over 15 years of Human Resources Management and Business experience including creating and developing an HR department from scratch in a start-up, software development organization. Coach Connie’s HR expertise spans most HR disciplines, including but not limited to: organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, people/talent review, employee/leadership training and development, employee relations, and workforce planning. Entrepreneurial Endeavors: Coach Connie has more than 10 years of Entrepreneurial experience including owning and operating a fashion boutique; a full-service, upscale beauty salon; a non-profit organization that supported charitable organizations in the community – a 501(c)(3) organization; and, she founded, chaired, and presided over a professional women’s association.
